The WVU Law Enrollment Management Office is pleased to offer both in-person and virtual visit opportunities to prospective and admitted students during the Spring 2022 semester. University COVID Guidelines
Please note that in-person visits will be conducted in line with WVU’s COVID policies, which are subject to change based on the evolving nature of the pandemic. Visitors are encouraged to review the University’s policies prior to arranging their travel plans.
Individuals — In-person visits will be held Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays during the Spring 2022 semester. A visit day includes an admissions information session, a class observation, and a student-led tour of the College of Law.
The Monday and Friday visit days will begin with an admissions information session at 9:15 a.m. EST and will conclude at 12:30 p.m. EST after the student-led tour. Visitors are encouraged to check-in at the Student Services Suite at 8:45 a.m. EST. The class observation on Mondays and Fridays will be Constitutional Law.
The Wednesday visit day will begin with a class observation at 9:00 a.m. EST and will conclude at 11:45 a.m. EST after the admissions information session. Visitors are encouraged to check-in at the Student Services Suite at 8:30 a.m. EST. The class observation on Wednesdays will be Civil Procedure Jurisdiction.
Groups/Pre-Law Societies — We are happy to host groups and pre-law societies for visits. Please contact the Enrollment Management Office at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss scheduling and accommodations.
Virtual Group Sessions
The WVU Law Enrollment Management Office will be hosting group information sessions via Zoom on Wednesdays during the Spring 2022 semester. Each information session will last one hour, include a brief overview of the College of Law and admissions process, and provide time for a general question-and-answer period.
The virtual information sessions will alternate between 12:00 p.m., 3:00 p.m., and 6:00 p.m. EST.
Virtual One-on-One Sessions
Prospective and admitted students interested in connecting one-on-one with a member of WVU Law’s Enrollment Management team can schedule a Zoom meeting with either Assistant Dean Maggie Slater or Associate Director Elissa Momen.
