The WVU Law Enrollment Management Office is pleased to offer both in-person and virtual visit opportunities to prospective and admitted students during the Fall 2022 semester. University COVID Guidelines

Please note that in-person visits will be conducted in line with WVU’s COVID policies, which are subject to change based on the evolving nature of the pandemic. Visitors are encouraged to review the University’s policies prior to arranging their travel plans.

In-Person Visits

Individuals — In-person visits will be held on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays during the Spring 2023 semester. A visit day includes an admissions information session, a class observation, and a student-led tour of the College of Law. The schedule is as follows:

  • 9:15AM: Visitors check-in at the Student Services Suite
  • 9:30AM-10:15AM: Admissions information session with a member of the Enrollment Management Office
  • 10:30AM-11:55AM: Class observation of a 1L doctrinal class
  • 12:00PM-12:30PM: Law school tour led by a student ambassador

The class observation for the Spring 2023 semester will be Constitutional Law with Jackson Kelly Professor of Law, John E. Taylor, unless other arrangements need to be made. All times listed above are in Eastern Standard Time (EST).

Virtual One-on-One Sessions

Prospective and admitted students interested in connecting one-on-one with a member of WVU Law’s Enrollment Management team can schedule a Zoom meeting with either Dean Maggie Slater or Director Elissa Momen.
